Rann Utsav in Dhordo, where a vibrant tent city rises annually to host 100 days of cultural celebration in the stunning White Desert of Kutch. Initiated by Hon’ble Prime Minister, this iconic festival showcases Gujarat’s rich heritage, art, and natural beauty.
Day 1
Arrival at Rann Utsav - The Tent City, Dhordo from Bhuj

Check-in time: 12:30 PM Transfer from Bhuj to Rann Utsav-The Tent City, Dhordo on fixed timings: 08:15 AM From Railway Station, Bhuj and Airport, Bhuj 10:00 AM From Railway Station, Bhuj and Airport, Bhuj 01:30 PM From Railway Station, Bhuj and Airport, Bhuj 03:30 PM From Railway Station, Bhuj and Airport, Bhuj 12:30 PM Onwards - Warm welcome & check-in 12:30 PM to 02:30 PM - Enjoy delicious lunch at the respective dining area 02:30 PM to 04:30 PM - Leisure time/Indulge in an exciting range of activities at Skyzilla, Club House, Craft Market/Haat, Various Selfie Points, Rejuvenation Center, Art Gallery, Live Demonstration area of Kutch craft & many others. 04:00 PM to 05:00 PM - High tea at the respective dining area 05:00 PM to 07:00 PM - Visit the Sunset Point and the breathtaking White Rann to witness the grandeur of the setting sun. 06:00 AM to 06:30 AM - Morning tea 07:00 AM to 08:00 AM - Breakfast at the respective dining area 08:00 AM onwards - Complimentary tour to Mandvi. Mandvi is a renowned beach destination known for its tranquil white sands, peaceful surroundings, and scenic views. Located approximately 140 km from Rann Utsav - The Tent City, Dhordo. Mandvi used to be a famous port and is now a popular tourist destination. It's the perfect place to enjoy the sea, sand, and sun, and you can even go for horse and camel rides along the beaches. 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM - Enjoy leisure time at the private beach This beach is regarded as one of the finest beaches on the Gujarat shoreline. A great family spot to spend a quality time where you can swim and enjoy the refreshing views of a beautiful Beach. 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM - Enjoy a delicious lunch at the private dining area on Mandvi Beach 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM - Visit Vijay Vilas Palace. The great palace of Mandvi was built in 1929 by His Highness Vijay Singhji, the Maharao of Kutch, as a summer resort. This palace has a domed terrace that gives a panoramic view of the sea. It has interiors made like offices where the king used to work. The construction of the palace started in 1920 and was completed in 1929. The palace is built with red sandstone. It has all the elements of Rajput architecture and draws largely on the plan of palaces of Orchha and Datia. 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM - Visit Shyamji Krishna Varma Memorial. Shyamji Krishna Varma was born on 4th October 1857 in Mandvi, a town in the Kutch district of Gujarat. He was one of the foremost freedom fighters in India’s struggle for independence. The Shyamji Krishna Varma Memorial in Mandvi is a replica of 65, Cromwell Avenue house, Highgate, that was originally recognised as India House in London. He was a staunch nationalist and a freedom fighter with anti-imperial views. 4:30 PM - onwards Return to Rann Utsav - The Tent City, Dhordo 09:00 PM to 10:30 PM - Enjoy the culture of Kutch along with entertaining activities at the cultural activity area

As the first light touches the vast salt desert, it creates a magical and unforgettable morning experience. 07:30 AM to 10:00 AM - Breakfast at the respective dining area 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM - Leisure time/Indulge in an exciting range of activities at Skyzilla, Club House, Craft Market/Haat, Various Selfie Points, Rejuvenation Center, Art Gallery, Live Demonstration area of Kutch craft & many others. 12:30 PM to 02:30 PM - Enjoy delicious Lunch at the respective dining area 03:00 PM to 07:30 PM - Enjoy a complimentary tour to Kala Dungar (Black Hill), the highest point of Kutch. En route, visit the handicraft village “Gandhi Nu Gaam.” Tea/coffee and light refreshments will be served during the journey. 07:30 PM to 10:00 PM - Enjoy a scrumptious dinner at the respective Dining Area 09:00 PM to 10:30 PM - Enjoy the culture of Kutch along with entertaining activities at the Cultural Activity Area

It Extends homage to the almost 13,000 victims of the massive Gujarat earthquake of 2001. Located a top Bhujia Hill in the State of Gujarat, the memorial spans an impressive 170 acres on the historically significant Bhujiyo Dungar. (It will be closed on Monday)

Inclusions
1. Pickup from Bhuj [Railway Station / Airport] to Dhordo Tent City. [All transfers shall be in A.C. Coaches on S.I.C.
basis] (Between 8 to 10 am or 1.30 to 3.30 pm). No complimentary transfers will be available after the given timings.
2. Drop from Dhordo to Bhuj [Railway Station/Airport],
3. The meals will be served as per scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded
or extended to the next day.
4. Itinerary & package are fixed & cannot be interchanged. Guest who have missed the visit as per itinerary may be
included on request on a chargeable basis.
5. Accommodation in Tent is on twin/Triple sharing basis.
6. Two bottles of drinking water per day per tent.
Exclusions
1. 5% GST on total cost
2. The timings are for fixed departures and are subject to change.
3. No complimentary transfers will be available after the above timings.
4. Individual transfers are available on request (chargeable).
Tent allotment for guests arriving before the check-in time will be subject to availability.
5. If any gala event during festival then guest have to pay directly at tentcity.
