Rann Utsav in Dhordo, where a vibrant tent city rises annually to host 100 days of cultural celebration in the stunning White Desert of Kutch. Initiated by Hon’ble Prime Minister, this iconic festival showcases Gujarat’s rich heritage, art, and natural beauty.
Day 1
Arrival at Rann Utsav - The Tent City, Dhordo from Bhuj

Check-in time: 12:30 PM Transfer from Bhuj to Rann Utsav-The Tent City, Dhordo on fixed timings: 08:15 AM From Railway Station, Bhuj and Airport, Bhuj 10:00 AM From Railway Station, Bhuj and Airport, Bhuj 01:30 PM From Railway Station, Bhuj and Airport, Bhuj 03:30 PM From Railway Station, Bhuj and Airport, Bhuj 12:30 PM Onwards - Warm welcome & check-in 12:30 PM to 02:30 PM - Enjoy delicious lunch at the respective dining area 02:30 PM to 04:30 PM - Leisure time/Indulge in an exciting range of activities at Skyzilla, Club House, Craft Market/Haat, Various Selfie Points, Rejuvenation Center, Art Gallery, Live Demonstration area of Kutch craft & many others. 04:00 PM to 05:00 PM - High tea at the respective dining area 05:00 PM to 07:00 PM - Visit the Sunset Point and the breathtaking White Rann to witness the grandeur of the setting sun. Transfers will be arranged by bus, camel cart, or a combination of both for a truly memorable experience. 07:00 PM to 07:30 PM - Return to Rann Utsav - The Tent City, Dhordo 07:30 PM to 10:00 PM - Enjoy a scrumptious dinner at the respective dining area 09:00 PM to 10:30 PM - Enjoy the culture of Kutch along with entertaining activities at the cultural activity area

06:00 AM to 06:30 AM - Morning tea 06:30 AM to 07:30 AM - Experience a rejuvenating yoga session at the dedicated Area. Visit the Sunrise Point to witness the beauty of the rising sun over the serene White Rann. As the first light touches 07:30 AM to 10:00 - Breakfast at the respective dining area 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM - Leisure time/Indulge in an exciting range of activities at Skyzilla, Club House, Craft Market/Haat, Various Selfie Points, Rejuvenation Center, Art Gallery, Live Demonstration area of Kutch craft & many others. 12:30 PM to 02:30 PM - Enjoy a delicious lunch at the private dining area 03:00 PM to 07:30 PM - Enjoy a complimentary tour to Kala Dungar (Black Hill), the highest point of Kutch. En route, visit the handicraft village “Gandhi Nu Gaam.” Tea/coffee and light refreshments will be served during the journey. 07:30 PM to 10:00 PM - Enjoy a scrumptious Dinner at the respective dining area 09:00 PM to 10:30 PM - Enjoy the culture of Kutch along with entertaining activities at the cultural activity area

06:00 AM to 06:30 AM - Morning tea 06:30 AM to 07:30 AM - Experience a rejuvenating yoga session at the dedicated area 07:30 AM to 09:30 AM - Breakfast at the respective dining area 09:30 AM Check-out with happy memories 11:30 AM to 02:00 PM - Complimentary sightseeing at Smritivan Earthquake Museum, Bhuj, for 2 hours (approx). It Extends homage to the almost 13,000 victims of the massive Gujarat earthquake of 2001. Located a top Bhujia Hill in the State of Gujarat, the memorial spans an impressive 170 acres on the historically significant Bhujiyo Dungar. (It will be closed on Monday)

Inclusions
1. Pickup from Bhuj [Railway Station / Airport] to Dhordo Tent City. [All transfers shall be in A.C. Coaches on S.I.C.basis] (Between 8 to 10 am or 1.30 to 3.30 pm).
No complimentary transfers will be available after the given timings.
2. Drop from Dhordo to Bhuj [Railway Station/Airport],
3. The meals will be served as per scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refundedor extended to the next day
4. Itinerary & package are fixed & cannot be interchanged. Guest who have missed the visit as per itinerary may beincluded on request on a chargeable basis.
5. Accommodation in Tent is on twin/Triple sharing basis.6. Two bottles of drinking water per day per tent.

1. 5% GST on total cost

3. No complimentary transfers will be available after the above timings.
4. Individual transfers are available on request (chargeable).Tent allotment for guests arriving before the check-in time will be subject to availability.
5. If any gala event during festival then guest have to pay directly at tentcity.
